Two of the highest performing agents on the Upper North Shore of Sydney have joined the award-winning team at Ray White Upper North Shore.
With a combined 34 years’ experience in the industry, James Levy and David Beveridge have become two of the Upper North Shore’s leading agents. Having both worked at separate local agencies, Mr Levy and Mr Beveridge are excited to be joining Australasia’s largest real estate brand.
“We were formerly competitors in the same market but friends outside of work, so it’s going to be great to be able to work together, not against each other,” Mr Levy said.
“Being able to join forces and come together under the Ray White Upper North Shore team will allow us to offer our customers more exposure and greater coverage as we aim to better meet the needs of our local community,” Mr Beveridge said.
Both Mr Levy and Mr Beveridge believe that aligning themselves with Ray White will enable them to provide the greatest market coverage and professional service to their clients.
“I am thrilled to have joined the formidable and growing team at Ray White Upper North Shore. This is my 19th year in real estate and I am always looking at ways to further develop my skills. I see joining this team as a natural way to do this,” Mr Levy said.
As a St Ives local, Mr Beveridge has a real passion for his local community and is delighted to be part of the business’s next stage of growth, as the Upper North Shore team plan to expand into St Ives.
“I am very excited to be part of the team’s expansion plans into St Ives. I’m looking forward to working alongside several key agents, who are known to share the same core values of honesty and integrity, with the backing of Australia’s largest and most dynamic real estate group”, Mr Beveridge said.
Ray White Upper North Shore director Matt Bolin said he was thrilled to see Mr Levy and Mr Beveridge join the team.
“James and David are recognised as two of the most successful and respected real estate professionals on the Upper North Shore. We are so proud to have them represent our office in St Ives,” Mr Bolin said.
According to Ray White Upper North Shore director David Walker, the recruitment of these two young guns will only improve the team’s footprint in the Upper North Shore community.
“With a proven track record of sales success and a combined market share of 25 per cent over the past 12 months of house sales in St Ives, James and David make an unbeatable combination that will allow us to provide further exceptional customer service to our St Ives clientele.”
Ray White New South Wales Blue CEO Jason Andrew joined the directors of Ray White Upper North Shore in welcoming Mr Levy and Mr Beveridge to the group.
“Both James and David have been servicing the clients of St Ives for a long time. Both are proven performers and we are hugely excited about having them join the Ray White family,” Mr Andrew said.
