Angela Johnson is expanding across Northern Tasmania, launching Ray White Living Here after rebranding her existing Devonport and Shearwater businesses and purchasing Living Here Launceston.
The move unites the three offices under one banner, with a team of 30 now operating across the region in both residential sales and property management.
For Angela, who grew up in Launceston, the expansion marks a return to where her career began.
“I’ve been in the industry for 25 years and went out on my own in 2009,” she said.
“Being originally from Launceston, this expansion feels like a true homecoming.
“By combining our forces, we can now service clients right through from Launceston to Devonport and surrounds.
“Our core mission is to be known as the ultimate local experts who lead with absolute honesty and integrity.”
Former Living Here Launceston owner Cheryl Atkinson, who ran the business for 30 years, is staying on with the team in a reduced role as she spends more time with her family.
Angela said the merger meant continuity for clients across the region, even as the businesses gain the backing of a national network.
