Ray White Plympton relocate to Glenelg

The highly successful and experienced team at Ray White Plympton have officially commenced trading at their new home in the heart of Glenelg.

Located in one of Adelaide’s most dynamic real estate markets, Ray White Glenelg’s new directors Adam Keane, Matt Dickinson and Justin Kurenda are excited about the opportunities this relocation will bring to the business.

“Ray White Glenelg | Plympton provides the ideal opportunity for us to become even more active across our core suburbs,” Mr Dickinson said.

With a team full of local area experts, the trio are excited to be able to offer the highest level of service and advice for residents in Glenelg, Plympton and the surrounding suburbs.

“Our network in the Holdfast area is very strong, especially all being Sacred Heart College old scholars and living locally,” Mr Keane said.

“We have established ourselves as market leaders in our core suburbs. We have built solid foundations to allow for our growth into Glenelg and cannot wait to officially open the doors at our new home.”

Justin Kurenda is a specialist in prestige listings as well as projects and developments, providing a wealth of experience after selling real estate in Sydney’s blue chip market at Ray White Lower North Shore.

“After a rewarding career as a CPA accountant, I decided to pursue my passion for real estate,” Mr Kurenda said.

“I have been fortunate to have been entrusted with selling prestige properties as well as boutique developments in Sydney and I look forward to providing this next level of expertise in the Adelaide marketplace.”

Ray White South Australia CEO, Matt Lindblom welcomed the relocation of the Plympton business to Glenelg.

“The Glenelg team are very experienced with a diverse set of skills. They have a reputation for creating competition through auction and achieving premium sales results for their clients,” Mr Lindblom said.

“I have great confidence in the team and are excited about their move to Glenelg. They have worked incredibly hard to set a foundation for their next stage of growth in a key Adelaide market.”

Former business owners, Bronwyn Drabsch and Wayne Seeman, both began their real estate careers at Ray White Glenelg, becoming co-owners of the office in 2004 and establishing their second office in Plympton in 2007.

“It’s been 10 years since we relocated from Glenelg to concentrate on building our market share in the Plympton area and whilst we intend on continuing to service our clients in Plympton and surrounds, we’re both looking forward to moving back down to the bay where our careers began.

“It’s a pleasure to welcome Justin to the team and we’re both excited about the plans that Justin, Adam and Matt have for the business’ expansion moving forward”.

Ray White Glenelg | Plympton will be host an official house warming on Friday 22 November 2019 at their new office.
