Ray White NSW/ACT strengthens leadership team

Ray White Group Head of Performance Tim Snell will step up to become Chief Executive Officer of Ray White NSW | ACT from December 1.

The Announcement:

Today we announce some important changes to the leadership structure of our Ray White NSW | ACT business that will position us for continued growth into the future.

Ray White group head of performance Tim Snell (pictured right) has made his mark on the leading network and will step up to become CEO of Ray White NSW | ACT as of December 1. Mr Snell has been the national group head of performance for the past two years, following over four years in the NSW | ACT corporate team as chief performance officer.

Mr Snell has shown enormous energy, creativity and commitment to develop a new performance framework for the group, and defined his own leadership style as he brought together and led a team of performance specialists across Australia.

“When I first joined the Ray White group it was for one reason, the depth of leadership,” Mr Snell said.

“Between the White family and the senior leadership group, Ray White is truly a special place to work and develop professionally. To now be welcomed to the leadership bench is a truly humbling experience that I take very much to heart.

“We are blessed to be part of a network that remains the strongest in the country. With a powerful collaboration of proven performers and next generation leaders our ambition remains to be the springboard for our members to grow incredible businesses.

“Our culture spans over 120 years, backed with an ambitious curiosity to always remain at the forefront of the industry. I’m incredibly excited to continue this journey alongside our members into the future.”

Current state CEO Andrew McCulloch will continue with the group, taking up the new role of Ray White NSW | ACT director and board member.

Mr McCulloch has made a huge contribution to the group over the past seven years in his roles as CEO for Ray White NSW | ACT and as head of network development before that. Under his leadership, the network has become more productive and successful and its market position has never been stronger.

He has grown the network by attracting many young and ambitious new business owners, and by supporting the continued growth of current business owners.

“I am excited to be working alongside Tim as we continue to execute a strategy in New South Wales. This role gives me the ability to work in a more strategic manner while supporting the state leadership team,” Mr McCulloch said.

“The past three years have been successful for the group in New South Wales as we have made the brand younger which has given us the ability to attract high performing young talent, our ambition is to stick down this path and be the part of attraction within our industry.

“This appointment has only further bolstered our corporate team and franchise offering ensuring that we continue to build market share and add value to our network.”

Mr McCulloch’s new role as a director of Ray White NSW | ACT will ensure a seamless transition to Mr Snell’s leadership and a retention of his long standing knowledge and relationships within our group and the industry more broadly.

Both Mr McCulloch and Mr Snell have worked together for over 10 years, across all aspects of the industry throughout Australia and New Zealand, but with a key focus on Australia’s largest marketplace in New South Wales. They share the same approach to fostering the success of the network and are invested in the next generation of member and customer service.

Ray White managing director Dan White said that the transition of leadership positions the group to not only build on its current momentum but to also look well into the future.
