Colliers has appointed Kristina Mastrullo as National Director, Portfolio Strategy, within its Occupier Services business.
Based in Sydney, Kristina joins the Enterprise Clients team from Cushman & Wakefield, where she was a Director in the Office Leasing team. She previously held senior roles at ResolveXO across research and property strategy, where she established the company’s research function and developed analytical tools to help occupiers assess market conditions and make property decisions.
The appointment marks a return to Colliers for Kristina, who spent almost three years in research leadership roles with the company, including as Director of Research for the office sector.
In her new role, she will support portfolio strategy across Colliers’ Enterprise Client accounts, lead business development and market engagement initiatives, and oversee the strategic development of the Colliers360 analytics capability and roadmap.
Adam Raap, Head of Enterprise Clients, Australia, Global Occupier Services at Colliers, said the appointment would strengthen the advice the business provides to its largest clients.
“Our clients are navigating increasingly complex real estate decisions, balancing cost, workplace requirements and changing business needs across their portfolios,” Adam said.
“Kristina brings a valuable combination of occupier advisory experience, market knowledge and analytical capability that will strengthen the advice we provide to our Enterprise Clients.”
Kristina, speaking on her return to the business, said her background across research, occupier advisory and office leasing had shaped her approach to the role.
“Having worked across research, occupier advisory and office leasing, I understand the importance of combining market insight with a clear understanding of each organisation’s priorities,” she said.
“I look forward to working with our clients to develop practical property strategies that support their business objectives and changing workplace needs.”
Richard Garing, Managing Director, Occupier Services at Colliers, said the hire supported the division’s growth.
“Kristina brings extensive experience in client engagement, portfolio management, and transaction services, further strengthening our ability to deliver strategic outcomes for both Australian and global corporate clients,” Richard said.
