Local agent Megan MacKay, together with her husband Trevor Cain, has just re-opened Ray White’s office in Frenchs Forest in the heart of the Northern Beaches.
The new office, at 49 Frenchs Forest Rd, was minutes away from the soon-to-open Northern Beaches Hospital and Frenchs Forest’s future community hub.
For Ms MacKay, having started her real estate career with Ray White Frenchs Forest, the opportunity to re-establish Ray White in the same area had been a long-held ambition.
“Having lived in the area for 40 years and having sold property all around Sydney, to now return to Frenchs Forest and re establish our own Ray White office is really exciting,” she said.
In recent years, Ms MacKay has enjoyed selling real estate across northern Sydney, where she succeeded in breaking suburb records in Lindfield, Frenchs Forest and Dural.
Ms MacKay’s sales successes have included adjoining neighbour developments, premium residential properties, and sprawling lifestyle and equestrian estates, as well as seeing first-home buyers achieve their long-cherished foothold.
Mr Cain’s background is in financial services, where he successfully ran a stockbroking and funds management business. The transition to real estate came easily, given his experience in professional services and working with regulatory agencies.
“Frenchs Forest is on the NSW Government’s radar as a future hub; the new hospital and the possibility of a future harbour tunnel makes the area highly appealing for those looking for [the] Northern Beaches lifestyle and connection with the city,” Mr Cain said.
