Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont, which the group describes as Western Australia’s leading real estate agency, has strengthened its leadership team with two appointments, naming Sam Lawley as General Manager and Jeroen van de Peppel as Head of Growth and Strategy.
The moves come as the agency also thanked Nicole Gibbs for her contribution in the General Manager role, with Nicole stepping into a sales position within the business after leading the team through a period of significant growth.

Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont Principal Vivien Yap described the appointments as a deliberate move to prepare the business for its next stage of growth.
“We have built something exceptional at Ray White Dalkeith Claremont and I am incredibly proud of what this team has achieved,” Vivien said.
“But great businesses don’t stand still. I am focused on strengthening our leadership bench so we have the right people in the right roles to drive this business forward.”
Sam brings more than a decade of experience across frontline sales, auctioneering, high-performance coaching and senior leadership.
“Sam has lived and breathed real estate across every part of the business – sales, auctioneering, coaching, leadership,” Vivien said.
“Just as importantly, he shares our values. He is committed to people, to high performance and to doing things the right way.”
The appointment will see Sam relocate to Perth from Adelaide.
“After meeting the leadership team in Dalkeith Claremont it was a clear alignment in values and vision. Perth also presents an exciting market, and I was ready for a new challenge both professionally and personally,” Sam said.
He said his first focus would be on understanding the business before making changes.
“Every successful business has its own strengths and it’s important to understand what already works well before looking at opportunities for improvement,” Sam said.
“My first focus is on building strong relationships across the team, understanding the business deeply and ensuring we continue delivering an exceptional experience for both our people and our clients.”
Jeroen brings more than 17 years’ experience in the broader property industry, including as Sales Director for WA, SA and NT at Domain and, most recently, as Executive Manager of reiwa.com at REIWA.
His career highlights include negotiating the naming rights for Subiaco Oval during its years as Domain Stadium.
“The opportunity to move from supporting the industry to working within it, while joining one of the most successful real estate businesses in Western Australia, is what attracted me to this role,” Jeroen said.
“What excites me most is the opportunity to work alongside high-performing agents. I don’t see my role as changing what makes this business great, but building on those strengths and creating even more opportunities for the people within it.”
Looking ahead, Jeroen said he saw opportunities to further develop the sales team, attract high-performing agents, and make greater use of data and technology to support clients and staff.
Ray White Western Australia CEO Mark Whiteman welcomed the appointments, describing them as a sign of continued investment from the franchise.
“It’s exciting to see the leading franchise in Western Australia reinvesting in its growth and leadership capabilities with this appointment,” Mark said.
