Ray White Commercial names its top performers for FY26

Ray White Commercial’s Annual Awards for FY2025/26 were held at the ICC in Sydney, recognising the network’s top performers, offices and rising stars across sales, leasing, property management and marketing for the past year. The event was hosted by David McMahon, head of auctions for NSW.

Frank Giorgi from Canberra was awarded the night’s highest individual honour, the Director’s Cup, for his contribution, leadership and dedication to the network.

RWC CEO James Linacre praised Frank as a “true gentleman” who supports businesses across different capitals and cares about the outcomes of the broader group. Frank credited his team, mentors and business partners, describing the journey as an “amazing ride”.

On the business side, Central West won Property Management Growth for Gross New Managements, Adelaide topped Property Management Growth for Revenue, WA took Property Management Business of the Year, and Canberra was named Property Management Team of the Year. Adelaide also claimed Top Auction Office, Queensland won Office – Growth, and Pacific Group took Marketing Excellence – Office.

Reflecting on the year, James described it as the biggest in the history of Ray White Commercial.

“Today we’ve reflected on what has been the biggest year in the history of Ray White Commercial, but I also think it’s been one of our most important,” he said.

“We’ve continued to grow, we’ve continued to improve, and we’ve continued to raise the standard of our business right across the country.”

Ray White Group managing director Dan White also addressed the room, pointing to the network’s structure as its point of difference.

“We are a collection of leadership, a collection of businesses, a collection of entrepreneurs backing themselves, doing their best every day,” Dan said.

“It always struck me as strange that people would see that as a negative, that people would see that as something to almost try and deflect from. I’ve always thought that’s our strength.”

“We should be confident about what’s ahead. And we shouldn’t try to be like others. We shouldn’t try and try to mimic others, or follow industry trends. Let’s set our own path.”
