The Ray White Canberra story continues to grow with the expansion of their rural capability, following a new partnership with Ray White Bungendore’s property management business.
The expansion of our rural expertise, with the recent welcome of experienced agent Chris Dixon joining Mark Johnstone as experts in the North West border region of the capital is a strong advantage for us as a company.
Alongside this, Ray White Bungendore Principals Doug and Ellie Merriman will continue to operate their sales business but were excited about the opportunity to collaborate further with the Ray White Canberra business through their property management business.
“Ellie and I have been looking to spend more time focusing on our clients on the sales side of the business for the last few years but wanted to ensure ourselves that the long term clients in our rental business continued to receive the very highest levels of service, this collaboration brings lots of capability to our Clients” Mr Merriman said.
“The opportunity to partner with Canberra founder Ben Faulks and his team is a great outcome for us – so we can continue to focus on being the natural choice of agent in the Bungendore region, and now have access to the breadth of expertise within the Ray White Canberra team.”
The property management business will continue to be managed from the Ray White Bungendore office, making for a smooth transition for tenants and landlords.
With two acquisitions having expanded their client base in the regional surrounds of the capital over the last 12 months, this collaboration will also allow Ray White Canberra to better service their existing clients in the region.
Ray White Canberra started life as a tiny three person operation in Belconnen in 2010, and today stands as the fastest growing brand and one of the most decorated businesses in the ACT.
The team have been on a significant growth path over the last 12 months, having grown from 60 staff to over 100 and have expanded their service offering to include commercial, mortgage broking and rural.
