WA agents Brett and Julia Oliver, Candice Geiles and Robert Crawford are excited to open the first Ray White and Loan Market collaboration in the heart of Fremantle.
With over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, Brett Oliver says he is thrilled to step into the director’s seat alongside his new business partners.
“The Fremantle property landscape is rejuvenating. Over the last five years there’s been $1.2 billion in building approvals, with several major government departments relocating their offices to the new Kings Square development,” Mr Oliver said.
“This will bring 1,500 additional employees to the port city every day, meaning many will relocate their homes to the area. The construction alone has created 2,000 jobs. Why wouldn’t you want to be part of this resurgence?” .
When asked what sets them apart from the competition, general manager and head of property management , Julia Oliver, said it was the combination of service and enthusiasm that would benefit customers most.
“We want to create a collaborative, happy work environment with plenty of laughter along the way. Everyone should have the same vision, with genuine buy-in from all team members regardless of their role,” Ms Oliver said.
Adding to their increased service offering, directors Candice Geiles and Robert Crawford will continue to run their Loan Market business from the new premises.
“Having a Ray White and Loan Market business work side by side is definitely a point of difference. In the Western Australian real estate landscape, what we are creating is a full service offering with both businesses operating from the same location,” Mr Crawford said.
“Both Robert and I have worked with Brett and Julia previously, and we are fortunate to have found business partners who share our vision, demonstrate mutual respect and communicate at a very high level,” Ms Geiles said.
