Raine & Horne has added another office to its expanding network on Sydney’s North Shore that will be led by Louisa Liu.

Raine & Horne has added an extra piece to the network puzzle on the affluent North Shore, with the launch of a new office at Turramurra.
The launch of Raine & Horne Turramurra follows hot on the heels of Raine & Horne Willoughby and means the brand now has eight offices servicing the North Shore from Kirribilli to Brooklyn.
Raine & Horne Turramurra will be led by former property developer Louisa Liu and will work closely with nearby Raine & Horne Pymble/Gordon and Raine & Horne Hornsby.
“Most recently, I have been in real estate sales focusing on Warrawee, Wahroonga, Turramurra, St Ives Chase and Pymble and have also developed several residential sites across Sydney over the last two decades,” Ms Liu said.
“I have a passion for real estate investing and have always wanted to be a business owner, and all these dreams have come together at Raine & Horne Turramurra.”

According to Mr Raine, the experienced Ms Liu brings a depth of invaluable knowledge and clarity from her time in property investment and development to the Turramurra real estate market.

Ms Liu said she was encouraged to join the brand by her colleagues from Raine & Horne Rouse Hill led by Principal Raza Khan, while her nearby colleague Chris Hopkins, from Raine & Horne Hornsby, and Wayne Walter, at Raine & Horne Pymble/Gordon, have also welcomed her into the fold.
“We plan to work closely with the other Raine & Horne offices on the Upper North Shore,” Ms Liu said.
Ms Liu plans to hit the ground running and is confident that with the corporate and technology support from Raine & Horne, she will achieve her lofty ambitions.
