Prudential Real Estate in south west Sydney have announced the launch of a new franchise model offering for first-time and established real estate business owners.
The company says the offering has been designed to equip participating agents with resources, mentoring and business acumen by providing tailored solutions for those wanting to grow their core business but have financial, time or knowledge constraints.
“It’s really about the agent, who they are and where they want to be,” said Michael O’Sullivan, Director of Prudential Real Estate.
“We realise that bookkeeping and administration are a less glamorous side of real estate. Our services will help agents to cut back on these and other admin, and focus on doing what they do best.”
Headed by Director of Franchising Nick Giles, the services also aim to inspire new agents to focus on integrity, communication and expertise.
