PropertyMe has this month secured its 5000 client. Doyle Spillane on Sydney’s northern beaches brings a further 30 agents and 1100 properties onto the platform.
The milestone means PropertyMe provides cloud-based property management software for more than half of all real estate agencies in the country, ensuring they and their clients can manage their rental properties in the easiest, most cost effective and convenient way, with real time tracking of rent arrears, reconciliation, vacancies, jobs, inspections and more.
PropertyMe Chief Customer Officer Sarah Dawson said securing the 5000 client was an incredible milestone for the company and its people.
“It shows the power of technology to turn a market on its head,” she said.
“Our platform makes everything easier for the real estate community. We would like to thank all our clients for their support.”
Doyle Spillane General Manager Nicola Iemma said PropertyMe had a great reputation in the market for its current product as well as its ongoing investment and development.
“We are excited that we will be able to harness this user-friendly, cloud-based system to increase efficiency in our business and enhance our client service,” she said.
Ms Dawson said PropertyMe was the “lynchpin service provider” for almost 1.5 million rental properties and assisted in the processing of more than $1 billion in rents each month, across all states and territories.
“We have an unrivalled direct window on the rental market at a really important time,” she said.
‘We can see that the national rental vacancy rate was down at around 2.75 per cent in mid-March, with only the Northern Territory and Western Australian markets having vacancy rates over 3 per cent.
“Never has it been more important to manage the rental market efficiently and effectively.
“Our platform is making sure people are in homes, and that landlords can look after those properties.”
PropertyMe was born in the cloud in 2013 to service the evolving needs of the modern property manager. It brought together the key functions of property management into one powerful cloud solution and allowed property managers to unchain from their desks, reduce add-ons and automate repetitive tasks.
