OBrien Real Estate has opened a new office in Mount Waverley, to be led by Director Peter Kladouris.
Dean O’Brien, OBrien Real Estate’s Managing Director, described Peter as “a highly regarded professional who understands the local market, has strong relationships within the community and genuinely cares about achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.”
The office will offer residential sales and property management services across the region, backed by the wider OBrien Real Estate network’s systems, technology, marketing and other resources.
Dean said the expansion reflected the group’s long-term approach to growth, partnering with experienced operators who share its values and commitment to client outcomes.

Located around 16 kilometres south-east of Melbourne’s CBD, Mount Waverley is one of the city’s more established and tightly held residential markets, with a median house price of approximately $1.62 million and a median unit price of around $1.10 million over the past 12 months.
