Noel Jones has opened a renovated office at 313 Middleborough Road, Box Hill South, strengthening its coverage across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

The office sits alongside the group’s established Mitcham location, supporting what Director Mike Muncey describes as a growing rent roll and expanding client base in the region.

“Real estate is, and always has been, about people,” Muncey said.

“This space has been designed to reflect that – somewhere open, approachable and easy to engage with.”

The fit-out prioritises visibility and accessibility, with an open layout intended to encourage connection with walk-in clients.

Muncey said the design reflects the group’s broader philosophy around client relationships.

“The transaction is almost secondary to the relationship,” he said.

“When someone comes to us, they’re navigating one of the most significant decisions of their life. Our job is to make that journey feel supported, informed, and whenever we can, a little less daunting.”

The space includes a boardroom designed for client consultations and a layout intended to support team collaboration.

“Creating a space like this allows us to have better conversations with our clients and better support our team, which ultimately leads to stronger outcomes,” Muncey said.

Noel Jones operates nine offices across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, including Balwyn, Bayswater, Blackburn, Box Hill, Croydon, Doncaster, Mitcham, Ringwood and Wantirna. The group has been operating since 1977.

The Box Hill South office is now open.
