Competition between five registered bidders has seen a Mount Colah property sell under the hammer for $1.97 million, delivering a standout result for the tightly held suburb.

“The sellers were very pleased with the auction outcome, and we are now working closely with those who missed out to help them find alternatives in the area,” he said.
