NGU Real Estate goes platinum with launch of 10th office

NGU Real Estate is celebrating the launch of its 10th office within just four years of operation with the opening of NGU Real Estate Platinum in Brisbane’s booming western corridor.

The new office, based in the heart of the family-friendly suburb of Jindalee, is headed up by Centenary Suburbs experts Chris Foenander and Helen Saba.

“Helen and I are very excited to announce the opening of our new office in the Centenary Suburbs,” Mr Foenander said.

“The NGU Real Estate franchise name of Platinum could not be more apt as our team focuses on delivering platinum service, standards, experiences and results. We’re already achieving phenomenal outcomes and are excited about what we can deliver moving forward.”

Mr Foenander said his team at NGU Real Estate Platinum genuinely cared about the local community.

“We have had a very strong start to our business because of our relationships with people in the area, from the river right up to Springfield,” Mr Foenander said.

“NGU Real Estate has captured the southwest corridor, with no other company able to match the volume of stock we list and move.”

If anyone knows what makes the Centenary Suburbs tick, it’s Ms Saba.

The NGU Real Estate Platinum principal and property specialist has raised her family in the area for almost 20 years.

“It’s extremely humbling to open an office in my backyard as I love to serve our wonderful community and offer solutions to their needs,” Ms Saba said.

“I’m very passionate about real estate. It’s not work, it’s a lifestyle for me and I know Chris feels the same. Our ultimate desire and goal is to be known as an agency committed to meeting the needs of our clients, both buyers and sellers, and to be recognised for delivering best quality service.”

Ms Saba said NGU Real Estate Platinum was a boutique team of reliable, respectful property experts treating each deal as if they were managing their own personal asset.

“It’s beyond bricks and mortar,” Ms Saba said.

“It’s about connecting with people’s needs and emotions. I think this area has a great future in terms of growth and attracting families. It’s an amazing community to be a part of and we welcome everyone to drop by our new office anytime.”

NGU Real Estate CEO Emil Juresic said it was a “pinch me” moment to see the opening of the company’s 10th office within such a short period of time.

“The rapid rise of NGU Real Estate is testament to a shared vision of growth, as well as the quality of our people,” Mr Juresic said.

“I congratulate Chris and Helen on this exciting milestone in both their careers. They will undoubtably provide platinum service to the people of Centenary Suburbs.”
