The team behind the Rex real estate CRM, have announced a new tool that will benchmark agencies and assist real estate agency owners looking to improve their customer relationship management strategy.
Known as CRMGrader, the tools harnesses the team’s 10 years’ worth of knowledge dealing with real estate agents, administrators and business owners to provide a tool that truly provides value to agencies in just five minutes.
Described as an industry first for real estate agencies in Australia and New Zealand, the online assessment tool considers all aspects of customer relationship activity including:
- Prospecting for new business
- Getting listings prepared, marketed and sold
- Operational and financial administration support; and
- Business monitoring, scaling and performance.
Based on their answers to 24 short multiple choice questions, respondents are placed within a four stage CRM maturity model from Static through to Innovative.
However, Rexlabs CEO Anton Babkov explained the real value for respondents is the personalised report delivered straight to their inbox upon completion.

“The report details how the respondent compares to the industry benchmark for each section, and provides custom tips to improve CRM maturity.”
These tips are unbiased and provide actionable insights to improve the way an agency utilises their CRM, irrespective of the system used.
The key findings of this anonymised data will also be collated, analysed and compiled into a report over the coming months.
“The CRM Maturity Research Report will be published in November 2020, and will provide the industry with some clear benchmarks for the current performance of agencies across Australia and New Zealand,” Mr Babkov said.
All respondents will receive a copy of the report.
