New Property Tree dashboards reinvent agency reporting

Agency owners and operators who use Rockend’s Property Tree will notice a new change to dashboards – and it’s set to reinvent agency reporting.

The new, re-imagined and enhanced set of dashboards offer access to a richer set of visually appealing reports, fuelled by real-time data, that are customisable by the user.

The new release includes five dynamic dashboards available to all Property Tree customers, which Rockend Senior Product Owner Michael Momdjian said will deliver deep insights and valuable performance indicators to Principals and property managers on their agency, their residential and commercial arrears, their active and expiring leases, their vacancies and trust accounts.

“The fact that our clients can see drill down to the reports the figures come from encourages them to act on issues they can now identify via the Property Tree dashboards,” Mr Momdjian said.

The new Property Tree dashboards include:

  • An Agency board providing a single view of key business metrics, allowing business owners to track staff performance by portfolio.
  • An arrears board showing a detailed breakdown of residential and commercial arrears (grouped by arrears type) and highlighting tenancies with the greatest outstanding arrears. Users can choose to display arrears per period or per effective date.
  • A leases board summarising active and expiring leases by status and date range as well as displaying upcoming and overdue rent reviews.
  • A vacancies board providing a summary of vacant properties as a list – both vacating and vacated tenancies.
  • A trust accounts board providing customers with a breakdown of trust account balances at any given time, providing more comprehensive accounting reports in one simple click.

The feedback from customers who took part in the beta program has been overwhelmingly positive.

Jody Foster from Foster & Tarrant said: “I love them. It’s so much easier to see exactly what is happening across the whole portfolio.”

And according to Mr Momdjian, it won’t be stopping here.

“We can create as many customisable dashboards as our customers need – with inspections and maintenance being two obvious targets,” he said. “Because of their scalable nature, the sky is the limit.”
