National real estate brand The Agency held its first national awards evening at the Langham Gold Coast last Friday, marking 10 years since the brand was founded.
More than 300 people attended, compared with the 12 who came to the brand’s very first event a decade ago.
Co-Founder Paul Niardone said the brand set out to bring high-achieving real estate professionals together under one banner.
“We set out 10 years ago to create a brand that brings together high achieving real estate professionals across the country,” Paul said.
“Our growth has been significant with our very first event hosting 12 people while our awards saw more than 300 in attendance to celebrate our team, our success and everything we’ve accomplished together.”
“It’s really incredible to see how far we’ve come. It’s taken a lot of planning and process to ensure that we attract and retain the right people,” Paul said.
Co-Founder Matt Lahood said The Agency had grown to be one of the most recognisable brands in Australia.
“From Perth to Sydney, Launceston to Rockhampton we have committed real estate professionals right across Australia,” Matt said.
“We set out to create a brand that interacted with and supported its agents in a unique way and our progress is vindicated by number of agents we have working with us now.”
The awards recognised both top performers and agents who embodied the brand’s culture.
Zoe Laws won Most Valuable Player – Culture and Values.
Damien Botha and Luke Sinclair took out Most Valuable Player – Community Engagement East, while Paul Tonich and Corey Adamson won Most Valuable Player – Community Engagement West.
The Agency Ambassador award went to Todd Brandon and Michael Keil.
Steven Chen was recognised for Highest GCI Metro – With a Team, and Rash Dhanjal won Highest Number of Sales Metro – With a Team.
Matt said there was more growth to come, with the brand’s attraction and success linked to its culture, and the awards recognising those who share those values as well as top performers.
“We have a pipeline of agents that will see us announcing some significant signings in the coming months,” he said.
