Neil Patrick Harris sells Harlem home for record $7.1 million

Neil Patrick Harris, best known for his roles as the title character in Doogie Howser, MD and more recently Barney Stinson on How I Met Your Mother, has sold his Harlem home for a record US$7.1 million.

According to toptenrealestatedeals.com, Harris initially listed the 743sq m, 5th Avenue residence for US$7.325 million before accepting a slightly lower offer.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom townhouse is a truly unique space, featuring high ceilings, light-filled spaces, gorgeous original woodwork, beautifully restored interiors, and top-of-the-line appliances.
