Harcourts Pinnacle has welcomed Naomi Carter as a sales consultant, with the North Brisbane specialist already launching three listings since starting in the role.
Naomi began her real estate career on the Sunshine Coast, where she secured eight listings in her first three months. She then moved to North Brisbane, spending seven years building her market presence across North Lakes, Morayfield, Burpengary and Narangba.
A later chapter in her career took her into a technology-focused business, where she took on new approaches to customer relationship management, lead generation and online systems.
In 2022, she was named among the platform’s top 10 performers nationally, an achievement that gave her the chance to work alongside company leaders and broaden her experience beyond traditional sales.
Naomi said the people and culture at Harcourts Pinnacle were central to her decision to join the business.
“I always had respect for the people and culture at this business. The fact that there is very little turnover in staff and that everyone seems aligned in goals and mutual respect is what attracted me here,” she said.
Returning to the Harcourts brand was another drawcard.
“I loved coming back to the brand and joining a great team,” Naomi said.
She brings a background in renovation, design styling and home staging, and places particular importance on listening to clients and developing strategies tailored to their individual circumstances, backed by her knowledge of the Moreton Bay area.
Jonathan King, Chief Growth Officer at Harcourts Pinnacle, said Naomi’s experience and approach would be a valuable addition to the business.
“Naomi joins us at an exciting time for the business and brings a fresh perspective, strong drive and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their property goals,” he said.
“We see tremendous potential in Naomi and are excited not only about the contribution she’ll make to our clients and team, but also about the opportunity to support her growth and success as part of the Harcourts Pinnacle family.”
