Matthew Harvey joins Clarke & Humel on Sydney’s Northern Beaches

Clarke & Humel has embarked on the next phase of its growth strategy, appointing distinguished industry leader, Matthew Harvey, as the agency’s new general manager.

Mr Harvey, who has more than 25 years of industry experience, started his career in his father’s real estate office on Sydney’s North Shore in the early 2000s.

He went on to spend 15 years with First National Real Estate, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation at the brand.

Mr Harvey said he was attracted to Clarke & Humel for its commitment to excellence, unparalleled customer service and deeply embedded company values.

“I am thrilled to embark on this new journey with Clarke & Humel,” Mr Harvey said.

“Joining such a reputable agency at an incredibly exciting time will mean an immediate opportunity to contribute to the team and the extensive goals they’ve already achieved.”

Mr Harvey’s appointment comes a year after Clarke & Humel opened its flagship office on Manly’s beachfront, and represents a strategic match that signals the next phase in Clarke & Humel’s growth.

Principals Michael Clarke and Cherie Humel said during his tenure at one of the leading Australian franchise groups, Mr Harvey demonstrated exceptional leadership, contributing significantly to the organisation’s success.

They said his wealth of experience and deep understanding of the real estate landscape made him an invaluable asset to the boutique agency.

“We are delighted to welcome Matthew Harvey to Clarke & Humel,” Ms Humel said.

“His impressive track record and extensive business acumen make him the perfect fit for our team.”

Ms Humel said Mr Harvey’s appointment represented a significant milestone for Clarke & Humel as it continues to expand its presence and solidify its position as a stellar real estate agency on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
