Martin Hesse appointed national director at Better Homes and Gardens

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has appointed Martin Hesse as its new National Director, bringing more than 30 years of experience across property, lending and legal settlement services to the role.

Martin will work closely with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network, supporting Franchise Owners and their teams as they pursue their goals and respond to opportunities in the market.

“There is a good foundation across the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network, and I’m excited to work alongside them to build on this to strengthen our brand and our collective position in the market,” Martin said.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Chairman Charles Tarbey said Martin’s experience across multiple levels of the industry made him an outstanding addition to the leadership team.

“Martin joins us at an exciting time. His three decades of experience, his care for our people and his attention to detail will lift the service we offer our existing members, while his ambition will help us grow the network and connect our real estate offering to one of the most trusted brands in Australia, Better Homes and Gardens,” Charles said.

Martin’s background spanning property, lending and legal settlement services has given him a broad view of the industry, including what underpins successful businesses and the relationships involved.

He said his priority in the new role is to be accessible and supportive, and said he is looking forward to getting to know the network, hearing about the businesses, their ambitions and the opportunities ahead.
