Marshall White has promoted ten senior staff across its sales and property management teams, naming one new partner, five directors and four associate directors across its Stonnington, Boroondara, Mornington Peninsula and Port Phillip offices.
The appointments were formally announced at the 2026 Marshall White Awards on 22 August, recognising performance and leadership across the business.
Grace Morley has been appointed partner in Stonnington.
Joining Grace as the agency’s five new directors are Port Phillip sales agent Ben Manolitsas, Mornington Peninsula agent Bailey White, and Stonnington-based Fiona Ansell-Jones, Jesse Matthews and David Volpato.
Ben has built a track record in Melbourne’s inner bayside market and was named Marshall White’s Sales Agent of the Year in 2024. He has also previously been recognised in REB’s rankings of leading agents in Victoria and nationally.
Bailey has established a presence across the Mornington Peninsula, working across Frankston, Frankston South, Mount Eliza and Mornington, and has previously been recognised among Victoria’s leading agents.
Four associate directors were also named: Daniel Bradd, Nikki Van Gulick and Andrew Gibbons from Boroondara, and Ash Howarth from Stonnington.
Marshall White CEO Simon Jovanovic said the appointments recognised the contribution each individual had made to their respective teams and the wider business.
“These appointments recognise ten people who have consistently demonstrated the performance, leadership and commitment we expect from our senior team,” Simon said.
“Each has made an important contribution to Marshall White, and these appointments recognise both what they have achieved and the leadership role they will continue to play across the business.”
