When asked about his decision to build an agency with his name on it, Mr Need explains it was the desire to bring a fresh and exciting brand to the market
“Bringing big city ideas with down-to-earth local knowledge and experience in a premium and polished way,” he stated.
However, as many agents do it took him over a year to act on his desire, something Mr Need now regrets.
According to Mr Need, partnering with UrbanX has been amazing.
“Honestly I wish I had done it 12 months ago.

Mr Need’s vision was to bring a premium modern-day brand to the market and that’s exactly what he has done.

So, what’s Mr Need’s advice to other agents looking to step out from behind someone else’s shadow?
“Make sure you know who you are as an agent as not all great agents make good business owners. Have honest conversations with yourself and those that you trust, that’s what I did”.
