The Leading Property Managers of Australia (LPMA) had their Annual Awards Dinner at The Star Gold Coast on 4 May 2017.
Executive Director of LPMA, Bob Walters said “This year we had a record number of entrants and the calibre of entries was outstanding. It shows that the level of service, efficiency and professionalism of LPMA member firms gets better every year”.
There were 9 categories of Awards given out. The winners for each category are:

Bec Reid, John Pye Real Estate – Excellence in Corporate Support
Melissa Brennan – Magain Property Management, SA – Excellence in Business Development
Nancy Alexander – Independent Property Management, ACT – Excellence in Leasing
Sutherlands Property Management Group, QLD – Best Property Management Website
Kate Banham, Hodges Prahran / South Yarra, VIC – The Rising Star Award
Peter Treacy, Harris Real Estate SA and Stephanie Livoti, Spade Property NSW – Property Manager of the Year
Pure Leasing Central, WA – Small Property Management Company of the Year (up to 500 properties)
Distinct Property Management, ACT – Large Property Management Company of the Year (over 500 properties)
