Stephen Mutton, general manager of LJ Hooker, expressed his congratulations to LJ Hooker Two Rocks on their growth and the establishment of a second office.
The Announcement:
The LJ Hooker network has expanded its presence in Perth’s high-growth north coast region ahead of the completion of the upcoming $713m Yanchep Railway extension.
The owners of LJ Hooker Two Rocks – Katie and Adam Fields – have just opened a second office in the nearby suburb of Butler. The husband and wife duo have established themselves as a leading agency in the region over the last seven years.
LJ Hooker Butler will also service suburbs such as Alkimos, Eglinton, Jindalee and Clarkson.
With freestanding home prices in the $450k to $550k mark, the area has also been drawing huge investor interest from the Eastern States.
“It has always been part of our vision to expand our business. Opening a new office in Butler allows us to have a presence at the other end of the north coast growth region,” said Katie, owner and business operations manager.
“It is just 16 minutes from the Two Rocks office but the change in the area is just phenomenal and it will only become more popular with the new train line and extension of the freeway”.
Joining the new Butler team will be well-known and highly regarded real estate agent, Dave Martin.
Dave comes on board as Sales Director to lead and mentor the sales team.
“Dave’s local reputation is legendary”, said Adam Fields who is the Principal of the business and won the coveted Business Owner of the Year Award in 2020.
“Dave is one of the most successful, yet down-to-earth agents you’ll ever meet. He knows just about everyone and anyone in and around the area. We’re ecstatic to have him on board with us”.
LJ Hooker General Manager, Stephen Mutton congratulated LJ Hooker Two Rocks on their expansion with the opening of its second agency at Butler.
The team was recently named LJ Hooker’s Top Residential Office (Medium) for Western Australia at the network’s annual Night of the Stars ceremony.
“We are thrilled to see the team expand their business and strategically it is important to the LJ Hooker brand to increase its presence in an area with so much development underway,” Mr Mutton said.
“Whenever there is a training event or learning seminar, both Katie and Adam are there in the front row ready to learn, adapt and change.
“The Butler market place is a natural procession for them with so much exciting activity and the train line which will provide direct access into the CBD.”
Perth now has Australia’s longest urban sprawl stretching 150km from Two Rocks to Dawesville.
In addition to the new railway and freeway extension, a new 100-billion litre-a-year desalination plant has been proposed for Alkimos.
“Our customers have grown up with the LJ Hooker brand – they know it and trust it, “ said Mr Fields.
“As a network, they are industry leaders. We’re proud of our brand, our incredible team and everything we have achieved. We can’t wait to see what this next chapter holds for us.”
