A top-performing sales team has joined LJ Hooker Palm Beach as the agency scales up to accommodate the southern Gold Coast’s rising profile.
The Mark Jensen team is the latest addition to LJ Hooker Palm Beach, which has grown to become the local area’s leading agency in less than three years.

According to CoreLogic, Palm Beach’s median house price rose 9.4 per cent to $820,000 over the last 12 months, positioning it as one of the Coast’s most competitive markets. Across the M1 at Elanora, houses rose 6.3 per cent ($680,000 median) while units increased 8.3 per cent ($392,500 median).
“Mark has reinforced his position amongst the Gold Coast best property specialists but, like any elite performer, he has the drive to break new ground,” said LJ Hooker State Director Stephen Mutton.
He sees LJ Hooker and the Palm Beach team as being the gateway for that.
