Celebrity Homes

Celebrity escapes you can enjoy for a night or two

If you’ve ever dreamt of living like a celebrity, now you can, with a range of stars’ former abodes available on Airbnb.

According to Travel and Leisure, holidaymakers can choose from a selection of exclusive properties that have all been home to some of the world’s most famous actors, musicians, writers, sports stars and politicians.

Even if it’s only for a night, here are five of the best former celebrity homes now on Airbnb.

If the rockstar life appeals to you then the Mexican mansion of Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith is going to fit the bill.

The massive villa overlooks a semi-private beach in Cabo San Lucas and is located within a gated community with an emphasis on privacy.

His former four-bedroom, 475sq m home is on top of a cliff, so the outdoor terrace (with infinity pool and hot tub, obviously) offers sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez, and the rooftop patio means you can enjoy both sunsets and sunrises.
