BusinessDEPOT will partner with rent roll broker Dean Yeo in a move aimed at strengthening its offering to real estate businesses, including those buying or selling their business in Queensland and northern NSW.
The group launched businessDEPOT Agency Broking in 2018 in a move that made perfect sense given its skills, experience and expertise in the real estate industry.
Since then, director Alan Dawson and managing director John Knight have grown the Agency Broking team to include some experienced heavy hitters through their flexible and collaborative model.
Greg Pratt, Sandra Larkin, Jaclyn Zieth and now Dean Yeo join Mr Knight and Mr Dawson to deliver a strong offering to the market with a customer-first, team approach.
“Dean Yeo is a well known industry influencer and someone we know, like and trust to deliver rent roll broking services in accordance with the ‘businessDEPOT way,” Mr Knight said.
“We know Dean will embrace how we like to work with our clients and has a proven track record of helping get great results for real estate business owners.”
Together, the Agency Broking team will help clients:
- Get ready – whenever the time is right for you.
- Get going – knowing we will always have your back.
- Get results – by leaning on our industry experience, expertise and contacts.
Mr Knight said one of the things dear to their heart at businessDEPOT is collaboration and they would continue to work with other industry players to get the best results, including working in conjunction with other brokers, just like they do with other divisions of businessDEPOT.
They will not only draw on the expertise of their real estate industry specialist lawyers, accountants, bookkeepers and coaches, but also the broader community of advisors to real estate agencies.
Mr Dawson and Mr Knight said they were excited to have Mr Yeo on board and they looked forward to working with the agency broking team to help more principals in the real estate industry realise their own goals.
