Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott’s luxe sale

Reality TV star Kylie Jenner and rapper Travis Scott have once again put their contemporary home in the mountains above Beverly Hills up for sale, now listed for a reduced price of just under US$20 million.

The two-storey residence, which features seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, boasts almost 901sq m of living space and sits on just over an acre of picturesque grounds.

The European-style villa was completely renovated and rebuilt before the couple acquired it for US$13.5 million in 2018.

The pair added custom touches to the boxy abode, including oak floors, imported stone, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to manicured gardens.

The residence includes a movie theatre, wet bar-equipped game room, lounge, and office, with the highlights being the double-height foyer, a fireside living room, and a formal dining room that opens to an alfresco dining terrace.

The master bedroom features a private balcony with canyon and city lights views, a separate fireside sitting area, a dressing room, and dual walk-in closets and baths.

Outside, the picturesque grounds include a pool and spa, flanked by a barbecue/bar setup. The residence also includes a three-car garage and additional parking for up to four vehicles.

Jenner still owns several other properties, including a US$36 million Holmby Hills mansion, a US$15 million Hidden Hills lot where she recently broke ground on her upcoming dream home, and a desert retreat in La Quintaโ€™s Madison Club.

However, her main residence since 2016 has been a Hidden Hills estate that was photographed for Architectural Digest back in 2019.

Scott, on the other hand, maintains a US$23 million hilltop mansion in Brentwood, along with a vast compound in his hometown of Houston.

The listing for the Beverly Hills villa is held by Tomer Fridman of Compass.
