Knight Frank has appointed Mary McLean as Associate Director of Franchise Operations, a move designed to support its growing franchise network across Australia.
Mary, who will be based in Knight Frank’s Brisbane office, brings 18 years of commercial and business operations experience to the role.
She spent the past decade at CBRE, where she worked alongside Mark Lafferty, Knight Frank’s Head of Franchises.
The pair will now reunite to oversee Knight Frank’s franchise network, which has been expanding through the firm’s partnership with McGrath.
“Having previously worked together for more than 10 years at CBRE, Mary and I have a shared experience with franchise business models and stakeholder engagement that will help us better support and grow our franchise network,” Mark said.
“Mary is committed to giving teams the tools and support they need to succeed. She has a proven record of improving processes, enhancing service and working well with a wide range of stakeholders through collaboration and strong relationships.”
The appointment follows the recent opening of five McGrath Knight Frank dual-branded offices, including Tamworth and four locations in Wide Bay.
Mary said her focus would be on ensuring franchisees have the resources to grow their businesses.
“Our top priority is to ensure our franchisees have the support they need to grow their businesses, along with delivering best practices across our franchise network,” she said.
“I am eager to get to know the existing franchisees in Knight Frank’s strong network and collaborate with them to achieve successes, as well as onboarding new franchises in the future.”
