Justin Ferguson has announced his return to the Lower North Shore property market under his independent self-named agency.

Justin Ferguson is excited to announce his return to the Lower North Shore property market today. Having transacted more than 1000 properties valued at nearly $2 billion over the past 23 years in the area, Justin has launched his new independent agency, Justin Ferguson.
The new agency is Ferguson’s second in the Lower North Shore. In 1998, he founded his first agency in Cammeray with his wife Sally which they built up to what was considered an institution in the local area. They sold their much-loved business in February 2018, which he continued his role of Principal until late 2020.
Re-emerging as Justin Ferguson, the new agency has been created to provide a premium service to the Lower North Shore precinct.
Justin is committed to providing a truly one-on-one experience as a trusted, experienced, and down-to-earth agent with a proven track record and has established many diverse relationships within the local community.
