John McManus moves back to McGrath

McGrath has announced the acquisition of the business and assets, including rent roll, of a real estate business owned and managed by principal John McManus in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

The move is part of the company’s corporate strategy to maintain their presence in the lower north shore.

Commenting on the purchase, McGrath CEO Geoff Lucas said the company was excited to welcome Mr McManus back to McGrath and expects that he will make a significant contribution to their Lower North Shore business.

“Having worked with John previously, I believe he is a great example of the style of agent that McGrath will seek to recruit in the future.”

Mr McManus previously left McGrath for a position as principal and licensee of LJ Hooker Willoughby/Artarmon in 2014.

Mr McManus said he sees the move as a great opportunity for his team (now McGrath Willoughby) and their clients.

“McGrath is a company where I, like many high performing agents, started their career and honed their skills,” he said.
