Comedian Jerry Seinfeld and his wife Jessica have sold their 26-acre Telluride luxury ski retreat for US$14 million.
According to The Daily Mail, the Seinfeld star listed the swanky estate for US$15 million, having initially purchased the property back in 2007 for US$7.55 million.
Originally built in 1991, the estate is spread out over 3737sq m of living space and includes 11 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, and three half-bathrooms.
Designed to resemble a series of connected Western ranch structures, the home includes a vaulted great room with a stone-surround fireplace, a renovated kitchen with wood counters, multiple spots for dining, and windows throughout.
Aside from skiing, guests can also enjoy spending time in the estateโs library, games room, gym or yoga room.
The new owners will also be able to enjoy original decor with Seinfeld throwing in the homeโs furnishings with the sale.
The property, which is close to Telluride Ski Resort, sits on manicured grounds, with a well-maintained trail system and a creek.
The sale comes more than 10 years after the Seinfelds first tried to sell the property for US$18.25 million in 2011 but quickly took it off the market after just a month.
The Seinfelds also listed a four-bedroom guesthouse, which sits on a separate 17-acre parcel of land, for US$2.775 million last year, however, itโs unclear whether it was sold as a part of the sale.
The couple have frequently stayed at the property with their three children over the years, but have decided to sell now the children are older and while the market is strong.
