CBRE appoints Jacob Siever as Senior Negotiator within its Capital Markets Private Wealth team on the Gold Coast.

CBRE has appointed Jacob Siever as Senior Negotiator within its Capital Markets – Private Wealth team on the Gold Coast.

Jacob brings experience in commercial investment sales, having been involved in more than 115 transactions across retail, office, industrial, development and mixed-use assets.

He has advised private investors, developers, institutional organisations and government entities on acquisition and disposal opportunities throughout his career.

In his new role, Jacob will focus on the sale of commercial investment properties and development sites, drawing on his experience in transaction strategy, buyer engagement and tailored sales campaigns. That includes both on-market and off-market transactions, as well as complex sales processes, Expressions of Interest and auction campaigns.
