High-performing Sydney agents announced as Pello partners

Leading Sydney real estate agents Alex Mintorn and Michael Dowling have joined the partnership team of premium new real estate agency Pello, headed by founder and Group CEO Stefon Bertram.

Pello, Australia’s newest premium real estate agency, today announced that leading Sydney agents Alex Mintorn and Michael Dowling have joined its partnership team.

Alex and seven of his established Upper North Shore colleagues will launch Pello – Upper North Shore (Wahroonga).

Pello’s Northern Suburbs hub, located in Gladesville, will be opened by Michael in collaboration with eight experienced sales agents and associates.

They join the Real Estate Business (REB) Australian Agent of the Year – Metro, Tim Foote (Lower North Shore, Mosman), as leading prestige sales agents and partners of Pello.

Pello, which launched earlier this month, is a new-model premium real estate agency that focuses on market segment specialisation in price points and locations.

At its first auction, held on Saturday 23 April, Pello achieved an incredible $4.85 million result for a three-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment with panoramic views at 2/32 Parriwi Rd Mosman. 

Edward Riley, Australia’s leading auctioneer, called the auction and has been appointed as Pello’s exclusive auctioneer in key markets.
