Harcourts Group Limited are delighted to announce the appointment of Jodine Clark to the role of Head of Property Management.
Ms Clark, who most recently was working with the Commercial team in NAI Harcourts North Shore, is no stranger to property management, having held roles such as Property Manager, Business Development Manager, Business Manager and General Manager throughout her career of over 27 years.
Calling this position her ‘dream role’, Ms Clark says, “real estate is in my blood, as both my parents were real estate agents. This is a new challenge to me and to be able to promote property management as a whole is exciting. The ability to educate New Zealand landlords on how important a professional property manager is to their investment plan is something I look forward to fulfilling.”
Chris Kennedy, CEO Harcourts Group Ltd, says, “Jodine is acknowledged in the industry as an expert in property management and will be a fantastic asset to this dynamic Harcourts department.
“On a personal level, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Jodine in her new capacity. She brings experience, enthusiasm and vision to the role.”
Ms Clark said she was hoping to help the network build its property management department and ensure PMs were given the recognition they deserved.
“In this position I would like to be able to influence the industry, and very importantly how property managers are perceived, and then help them gain recognition for the wonderful work they do,” said Ms Clark.
