Harcourts National Conference named a finalist in Australian Event Awards

Harcourts Australia National Conference has been confirmed as among the best events in the country with the announcement of National and State Finalists in the 2018 Australian Event Awards.

Recognised as a world leader in real estate events, the Harcourts National Conference is a defining three-day experience both across the franchise network and throughout the real estate industry. The Conference delivers delegates inspiration and learning, an opportunity to network and recharge, whilst providing networking opportunities with like-minded peers, influential leaders and business partners/sponsors. It also plays host to the international awards night, where Harcourts business owners, sales consultants, property managers and administrators are lauded across the 900-plus offices in 10 countries.

“We are thrilled to be included on the list of Australia’s best events,” said Kathryn Creech, Harcourts International Head of Events.

“The Harcourts Australia National Conference is one of four roadshow Conferences Harcourts run globally. We finish off the roadshows in Australia, where not only our Australian offices but our international office join us for our International Awards. It is the must-attend event on our Harcourts calendar, where we showcase our values and recognise outstanding team members. This event injects the Harcourts culture into all that attend. I am so proud to work with such a fabulous team of people who deliver this event.”

Following a rigorous first round of judging by event industry leaders and experts around Australia, Harcourts Australia National Conference’s place among the National Finalists has the weight of the industry behind it.

Entries are judged on all aspects of event management, including best practice, innovation, marketing, stakeholder engagement and management, sustainability and event legacy.

Co-chair of the Event Awards Judging Panel Sandy Hollway AO said:

“The diversity of Australia’s events industry continues to amaze me, as does the ability of the Awards to put a spotlight on not just the incredible events and achievements which take place each year, but to draw out the challenges event organisers manage to overcome through determination, innovation, collaboration and resourcefulness.”

Winners of the Australian Event Awards will be announced at an Awards Ceremony on 21 November at Novotel Twin Waters on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

The Harcourts Australia National Conference will be next held on 27 to 29 May 2019.
