Michael Qader and Vincent Ianni have brought their Western Sydney real estate business into the Harcourts network, with the agency rebranding as Harcourts AQ.

Michael launched the business eight years ago from his garage, growing it into an agency servicing Sydney’s south-west with a client base built on repeat business and referrals. Vincent Ianni serves as Director of Property Management.

“When we started, we didn’t have a big office or a large team – we simply wanted to build a business that people could trust,” Michael said.

“Over the past eight years, we’ve grown because we’ve always put people first, done the right thing and genuinely cared about our clients and community.

“Those values built our business, and they’re exactly why Harcourts felt like the right fit for our future.”

Michael has lived in the local community for more than 20 years, and said that local knowledge had always been one of the business’s greatest strengths.

“We’re not just selling property here – we’ve grown up here, built our lives here and are part of this community,” he said.

“That local knowledge allows us to offer advice that goes beyond the transaction and genuinely helps our clients make confident decisions.”

Vincent said the property management side of the business had been built on long-term relationships with landlords and families.

“Some of our proudest achievements aren’t awards – they’re the landlords and families who continue to trust us year after year,” Vincent said.

“We treat every property as if it were our own, and joining Harcourts gives us even more resources and support while allowing us to maintain the personalised service our clients value.”

Andrew McCulloch, CEO of Harcourts NSW, said the pair’s history made the business a strong fit for the network.

“Michael and Vincent haven’t built their reputation overnight,” Andrew said.

“They’ve built it through hard work, integrity and an unwavering commitment to their clients.

“Growing a business from a garage into a respected agency is a fantastic achievement, and we’re delighted to welcome Harcourts AQ to our growing NSW network.”

For Michael, the move marks a new chapter rather than a conclusion.

“This isn’t the end of our journey, it’s the beginning of something even bigger,” he said.
