Ray White Canberra has appointed Georgie Parry as its new Chief Operating Officer, capping a nine-year career with the business that began at reception.
Georgie joined the group in 2017 as it expanded into its second office, and has since helped build much of its operational foundation.
She pioneered the group’s Customer Care model, built out its People & Culture function, established its Social Media & Marketing division, and delivered some of Canberra’s largest auction events.
Her contribution was recently recognised at the Ray White NSW/ACT Annual Awards in Sydney, where she received the Operational Excellence Award for 2025/26, an honour given to an individual judged to have made a significant contribution and impact within their business and across the wider Ray White network.
Ray White Canberra Chairman Ben Faulks said the appointment reflects nine years of Georgie building the systems and teams behind the group’s growth.
“Georgie has earned this through hard work and an unwavering desire to make our business better every day,” he said.
“She leads with authenticity, humility and genuine care for our people, and I have no doubt she’ll continue to shape where we go next.”
Founder and Director Scott Jackson said the appointment reflected the group’s approach to developing talent internally.
“Georgie’s journey is exactly what Ray White Canberra is about, growing our own leaders from within,” Scott said. “Welcoming her as COO is something we’re incredibly proud of.”
