Congratulations to Gary Peer & Associates has been awarded the real estate industry’s highest honour – Large Agency of the Year Award at the REIV Awards for excellence.
As well as taking out the top gong, Gary Peer & Associates also won another three awards to add to their list of achievements: Innovation Award, Communication Award and Corporate Promotion (Multiple Offices) Award, as well as becoming finalists in a further four categories.
Directors Gary Peer & Phillip Kingston have never rested on their laurels during their 25 years as business partners in the highly respected agency. No matter what successes have come their way, they have always looked at ways of ‘going one better.’ In the last twelve months, they have rebranded and reinvented themselves, in readiness for a new phase of expansion of the business. Step one was their second office located in Inkerman Street St Kilda. Headed by Director Jeremy Rosens, the Bayside office has been a great success in a highly competitive market.
The business has also been acknowledged by the REIV for their Innovation and Communication, with their weekly GPTV videos being a major showpiece. Nearing 100 episodes, Gary & Phillip have never skipped a beat, immersing themselves in delivering a quality program week after week and gaining quite a following of subscribers and viewers. Recently, GPTV was awarded The Commerce Australia Cup Winner by Best Practice. Now, GPTV is recognised as an innovative vehicle for communication.
So, why has it taken Gary Peer & Associates so long to enter the REIV Awards? As Gary puts it, “We’ve primarily focused on the job of selling houses.
We’ve always sought the approval and satisfaction of our clients, but it’s also really wonderful to be recognised by our industry and peers.”
With Phillip already on record as stating it was Gary’s idea to enter the awards, he acknowledges that “the Awards are not merely one year’s accomplishment.
