Tanmay Goswami will continue as a partner in the First National Westsyde business at Pendle Hill and will start his own separate operations at Bella Vista with an initial team of three salespeople.

First National Real Estate is pleased to announce the opening of a brand-new office in Sydney’s Bella Vista, adjacent to the Hills Shire’s Norwest Business Park, the home of multiple Fortune 500 companies and a rapidly growing population.
The new office represents an admirable success story for Tanmay Goswami, who started as a sales agent First National Westsyde in Pendle Hill just seven years ago.
He worked hard and understood the real estate business very well, ultimately becoming the Licensee in Charge and a partner in the business after one year with Trevor Coutinho of First National Blacktown.
“I’m very excited to expand our property services into the Norwest Business Park and the Bella Vista residential area as First National Bella Vista,” says Tanmay.
“Our office is positioned directly across the road from the new Bella Vista rapid transit station, placing us in a very convenient location for our customers. We will be selling and managing residential property, and we will also be offering off-the-plan properties.”

Property management services will be run from the Pendle Hill office for the time being.
