Little more than a year after First National Real Estate Ollwitz opened its new office in Willunga, SA, principals Ross and Debbie Coleman have joined forces with Peter O’Brien to open a second branch on the Fleurieu Peninsula office.
The new office will operate under the same name in the historic town of Goolwa, and will service the South Coast communities.
Mr Coleman noted Mr O’Brien was a highly successful sales professional who had lived and worked in the Goolwa region for the past 16 years, and boasted a reputation for excellent local knowledge and optimum customer service.
“Having already been the principal of a Goolwa agency for more than a decade, Peter has impeccable credentials and is excited about adopting new marketing systems and growing First National’s market share, which is already substantial,” Mr Coleman said.
Mr O’Brien has an extensive local network of clients, with 80 per cent of his listings coming from personal referrals and his active database of past clients.
“Like myself, Ross and Debbie have built a loyal customer base over many years, founded on the same principles and ethics,” Mr O’Brien said.
“I love Goolwa and its incredible community and am thrilled to be moving ahead under the First National Real Estate brand.”
Mr O’Brien has occupied a number of local management positions, with board roles in various community organisations including past Vice President of the Southern Alexandrina Business Association, deputy chairperson of the Investigator College Board and was also committee member of the 2017 South Australia Wooden Boat Festival.
He has a long history of local sports club sponsorships as well.
First National Real Estate Ollwitz will extend its range of services throughout Goolwa and the surrounding South Coast region, focusing on lifestyle and rural property sales, property management, and clearing sales.
The new office occupies a prominent location, which offers premiere exposure for customers’ properties.
