Fearless entrepreneur to speak at Ray White’s Connect 2018

One of Australia’s most fearless leaders is preparing to pack her bags for the Gold Coast where she’ll be joining up to 3000 agents and brokers for Connect 2018 on August 13 and 14.

Entrepreneur Holly Ransom is a guest speaker at this year’s conference which brings together the White family businesses of Ray White, Loan Market, Wealth Market, Home Now, Living Here, White & Partners, and Concierge.

Ms Ransom is the founder and CEO of disruptive marketing agency Emergent, a company specialising in the development of high performing intergenerational workforces.

From interviewing Barack Obama to supporting Port Adelaide Football Club as their first female and youngest board director, there isn’t much Ms Ransom can’t tick off her career bucket list.

Ms Ransom also delivered a Peace Charter to the Dalai Lama, helped get world leaders to take notice of youth issues at the G20 Summit and was named one of Australia’s ‘100 Most Influential Women’ at age 22.

Turning innovation ideas into action is at the heart of the conversation Ms Ransom will be having with Connect delegates.

“We’re at such an interesting time in the world, you’d appreciate more than most how much the customer experience is changing – demography, technology, you name it,” she said.

“I want to unpack some of those really key trends for you and help you understand how you in your role can play a significant part in shaping your business’ response to it.

“What is it that we need to do to respond to these changes, so we can come out the other side and be stronger and more successful from it?”

In-house events team, W Concepts, also secured Storyful CEO Sharb Farjami to speak on social intelligence and insights during the impressive two-day program.

Storyful, a division of News Corp, is a global social media intelligence agency that partners with news and business to make sense of social.

Clients include The Wall Street Journal, Weber Shandwick, ABC, Coca-Cola, The New York Times, Google and Ford.

Tickets for Connect 2018 are available to members of the White family businesses (Ray White, Loan Market, Wealth Market, Home Now, Living Here, White & Partners and Concierge). Registration closes on July 31. For more information visit connectconference2018.com

Connect 2018 also includes catered lunches and breaks, an international awards gala event, and an epic after-party.
