Queensland-based real estate network Explore Property has opened offices in Western Australia with experienced professional Belinda Chandler.
The brand will operate from two locations in the south west of the state, with a presence in Mandurah and Augusta.
Belinda is an experienced agent and business owner who had been operating an established independent business before choosing Explore Property to drive her business forward.
Mrs Chandler said she had been thinking of rebranding her independent business for some time and had been watching Explore Property grow and evolve.
“I just sensed that we needed more of everything to achieve our goals,” she said.
“More marketing strategy, more support, more systems and technology and I also didn’t want a brand that was the same old, same old.
“In Explore we have a fresh and invigorating brand that stands out in the market.”
Explore Property Chief Executive Officer Andrew Acton said the brand hadn’t planned to move into WA.
“We didn’t have a set plan to enter the WA market but Belinda was a friend of an existing network business owner and she has the right experience and ambition so we are very pleased to support her vision in WA.”
