Explore Property is continuing to expand its footprint in the Sunshine State, with the group now having a presence in regions stretching from the far north to the southeast.
Explore Property recently conducted a Leaders Forum in Townsville, in north Queensland, to share knowledge and strategies with the leaders of their 11 market positions.
Explore Property’s CEO Andrew Acton said the forum, like the network itself, covered a lot of ground.
“We spoke about the future, where we are now, and importantly where we are going,” Mr Acton said.
“Not just as a group but every one of us as individuals.”
He said it also presented an opportunity for some of the newcomers to the network to get to know Explore’s leaders.
“It was also a time for us all to be together, with newer offices in Bundaberg and Burdekin using this opportunity to meet their fellow group leaders face to face.” he said.
Explore Property has the number one residential agencies in Townsville and Mackay and a broad presence regionally, including two commercial/industrial divisions.
“We offer business owners a profitable and proven path between big franchise and isolated independent,” Mr Acton said.
“Over the year ahead we will look to further strengthen our regional position by aligning with good leaders and people.”
He said Explore also wanted to “specifically find our place within the southeast Queensland market”.
