DiJONES extends footprint with three new offices on Central Coast

DiJONES has expanded its reach after opening three new NSW Central Coast offices in Terrigal, Avoca, and Erina.

The network’s CEO Dean Mackie said the DiJONES Central Coast agencies represented an important strategic expansion for the DiJONES footprint.

“Our data migration patterns have been indicating a significant amount of our existing client base have been on the move, and the Central Coast has become an emerging property hotspot for Sydneysiders looking for a lifestyle change,” Mr Mackie said.

The offices will be led by Brett and Garth Hunter, who will assume the roles of Regional Leadership Business Managers and will rebrand to DiJones Central Coast.

“We are extremely fortunate to be working with well known local property professionals in Brett and Garth Hunter, who are market leaders in their own right,” Mr Mackie said.

He said Brett and Garth Hunter were part of an intergenerational real estate family that had been operating on the Central Coast for seven decades.

The merged business is now operating under the DiJones brand.

Brett Hunter said he was excited to be joining forces with DiJones.

“DiJONES were awarded the National Residential Real Estate Agency of the Year 2020, and whilst we are closely aligned with our collective business direction and vision, we felt at home with our shared family values and culture.”

DiJONES was established in 1992, and operates offices on the Upper North Shore, Northern Suburbs, Southern Highlands, Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. Its network of offices are strategically positioned to deliver a unique and innovative property experience for its clients.

“By bringing the DiJONES difference to the Central Coast region, local homeowners will be well-positioned to leverage an ever-growing strategic footprint and buyer database across Sydney and the southern highlands,” Mr Mackie said.
