DiJones brings people and technology together to create DiJones DiGEST magazine

The weekly magazine will be distributed to local businesses and give DiJones agents and investment managers another channel to market their clients’ properties.

The Announcement:

Australiaโ€™s passion for property has inspired DiJones to launch a new weekly real estate magazine,
highlighting a curated collection of properties from across its network in Sydney, the Central Coast,
Southern Highlands and Illawarra.

DiJones CEO Dean Mackie said the magazine caters to a wide range of tastes and preferences
providing stunning properties and valuable insights.

โ€œWhether our clients are dreaming of a luxurious penthouse with a view of the city skyline, a charming
suburban haven surrounded by nature, or an idyllic apartment, our magazine is tailored to their needs.

โ€œA sophisticated blend of automated integrations and AI resources combined with an empowered
team of real estate professionals will provide the opportunity for us to deliver a fresh and relevant
product each week.

โ€œA collection of technologies have allowed the magazine to be seamlessly produced within the tight
timeframe of five days which in the past would have been totally unachievable.โ€

Mr Mackie said DiJones DiGEST will also support our sales agents and investment managers to add
an additional channel to market their clientsโ€™ properties, and most importantly, it is distributed to local
businesses.

โ€œConsumers will not only sit down, relax and review our listings but they also have the opportunity to
view them digitally with the use of QR codes which lead back to our website and provides additional
information in real time.

โ€œEach weekly edition is a compilation of all our properties across NSW and thanks to our centralised
database our clients can seamlessly transact anywhere in the state.

โ€œWe are putting the power in our agents hands to supply the community with something that educates
and supports them on what is one of the most important decisions they can make.โ€

The magazine, printed on recyclable paper, is made from sustainably resourced materials.

DiJones was established in 1992 and operates market leading offices on Sydneyโ€™s Northern Suburbs,
Upper North Shore, North Shore, Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, Inner
West, Hills District, Sutherland Shire as well as the Central Coast, Southern Highlands, and Illawarra.
